Mary MacKillop Feast Day

Mary MacKillop was a woman who had great trust in God, believing that God would provide whatever was needed in all aspects of her life, be it food for the orphanages, money for the building of the convent, strength to face opposition and false accusation or a way through a difficult situation. She often reminded her Sisters that ‘God’s work does not depend on any of us’. She had a wonderful confidence in God.

Leadership News

Greetings!

It is lovely to be ‘home’ after seven months by the beach at Dominican School, Semaphore. Thank you to those of you who have stopped to say ‘welcome back’. Whilst I enjoyed my time learning about another school community, it did not diminish my desire to remain a part of the St. Martin’s Family so I am glad to be back.

Coffee.jpg

The Year 6 students are involved in a project to sell coffee to the St Martin’s community. The students are learning about business and economics by being involved in designing labels, advertising and taking orders.

Any money made from selling the coffee will be donated to various charities that our school supports. The coffee is eco-friendly and comes from locations that support fair trade.

Please support us in our coffee project by purchasing our brand Dr Koffi!

Order forms are available from the school office.

Thank you, Year 6 Students
