Dear Parents and Caregivers,

Congratulations to the Parent Network for hosting an incredibly successful event last Friday night – Evening on the Green. Three years in the making due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was fantastic to see so many families attend and have the opportunity to catch up with other school families in a social context.

ST MARTIN’S SCHOOL SPORTS DAY

The annual school Sports Day will be held on the school oval at St Martin’s on Friday, 14 April.

Holy Week and Project Compassion

Holy Week begins this weekend with Palm Sunday. On this day, people celebrated Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem.  They waved palms and put their cloaks on the ground as a sign of respect, as Jesus was constantly helping others and doing amazing things.

Pulse Check In Survey

In 2020 Catholic Education South Australia implemented a wellbeing check in survey (Pulse Check In Survey). During Weeks 5 and 6 each term students from R-12 in all catholic schools participate in the survey. The survey was designed to provide information about how students are currently feeling about school, to help them become ‘thriving people, capable learners and leaders for the world God desires.’ The Pulse survey asks students 8 questions, please click here for more information.
