National Child Protection Week 4-10th September
Our communities and neighbourhoods provide many ways for keeping our children safe and happy.
This week is National Child Protection Week, Student Voice were posed the questions,
What are the things that help you feel like you belong in your neighbourhood?
What are the things you like most about your neighbourhood?
Where do you go for fun with your family?
What things in the neighbourhood are important for families?
What do you see as you walk or drive around your neighbourhood?
What things do we need in our communities to help us to feel safe and happy?
Below are posters that were created during our Student Voice meeting in response to the above questions. These are displayed around our school.
Ask your child/children the above questions and find out what they think. What matters to them?
