Dear Parents and Caregivers,
Wednesday marked the conclusion of the 2022 academic year – a year that commenced with strict COVID-19 restrictions, with only Reception and Year 1 students officially on site for the first two weeks and then great uncertainty each week as to the number of COVID-19 cases in classrooms.
In that region there were shepherds living in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night. Then an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified.
A huge "Thank You" to all the local businesses that generously donated prizes and supported our school. The raffle was a great success and raised over $1300. This could not have been achieved without all the help from our volunteers in the Parent Network and everyone that bought tickets on the night. The money raised will be going towards a new butterfly and sensory garden organised by the Student Voice that everyone at the school will enjoy for many years to come.
